I’m excited about an article about chia seeds. Who would’ve thunk it! Thank you for going into such detail to explain them! I tried some chia seeds on a recent trip and was excited that there isn’t really a taste and not much texture issue either, but was still confused on how to use them myself. Goal this week - make some up and start adding slowly to my yogurt. Again - thank you - these little tips are huge!!!
